Return Policy
- Full refunds on our products will be available up to 14 days from the day you receive your order
- If your return is due to an error made by Sunshine Hammocks, we will happily refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning after receiving the goods
- If the return is not a result of an error by Sunshine Hammocks, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s)
- No refunds will be available after the 14 days period has expired
- All hammocks and hammock chairs are hand woven and therefore no two coloured hammocks are the same
- Sunshine Hammocks will make every effort to match your colour selection as closely as possible
Shipping
Hammocks
- Hammocks will be posted within 24 hours of payment via Australia Post. Postage costs are calculated based on product weight
- Delivery normally between 1-5 days
- If express post is required, there will be an additional charge as calculated by Australia Post
- All International hammock deliveries will need to be processed with a prearranged quote
Hammock chairs
- Hammock chairs will be sent by courier
- Please contact us for a delivery quote if more than one Hammock Chair is being purchased
- Delivery normally between 1-5 days
- It is preferable someone will be available to accept delivery of the parcel (otherwise let us know by email at sunshinehammocks@aapt.net.au if there is a secure place to leave your package if nobody is at home e.g. “leave at back of the house close to veranda or at the front door”)
- All International hammock chair deliveries will need to be processed with a prearranged quote
